lettuce or mayo or chicken. Ordered here, 2 had plain burgers 3 had chicken sandwiches that had mayo & lettuce on them. Those with burgers were fine. Other 3 of us within 1-2 hours of eating began with diarrhea and severe cramping vomiting within next 8-12 hours. Small fever & general body aches & malaise | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 抽筋, 身体疼痛
