Went to lunch, Monday April 2nd 2018 at 11:27am, ordered a whopper and onion rings, while eating, something tasted off but continued to finished meal. Around 3:30 pm started to feel nauseous with an upset stomach. Got home started having diarrhea and vomiting, while vomiting All I could taste was my lunch. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
