I bought a greggs corned beef pasty and a sausage roll on 2nd June 2026, in the evening I had sever stomach pain, cramps, nausea,, vomiting and severe diarrhea, the next day I had sever flatulence and diarrhea, The symptoms are still ongoing and my GP has diagnosed a stomach bug and gastroenteritis.| 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 抽筋, 胀气, 煤气
