a chicken taco salad, had onions ordered food on friday ate the Burger that night, started feeling nausea Saturday mid morning, then on late Saturday night, Early Sunday ate the Chicken Taco salad that was refriged as soon as it arrived, i remember lots of oinions, then found there was an onion recall on the 10th, i would say it was an hour after the salad that it got really bad, nausea and diarhea, been like that for since so real sick Sunday Aug 9, still sick and missing work Aug 12, monday and tuesday i ate very little, some toast and tea, was feeling bit better on Tuesday night so i made some mac n cheese and had some mandrian oranges, oh my lord this morning i am so sick again had to call of work, wont be eating for a few days more i guess, hope that stops it | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
