Citadel Mall - Kids menu chicken nuggets, fries, and lemonade. All the kids had the same food, 2 were affected. 5 year old was complaining of a tummy ache for a few hours until finally throwing up after a few bouts of diarrhea. 3 year old had pretty bad diarrhea as well. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
