Ate a grilled chicken sandwich and 4pc chicken tender around 7 pm. Symptoms started around 3am the same night. Excessive vomiting and diarrhea. It is now 8 pm the next day still feeling sick with abdominal pain. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
