Ate a meal there though everything on the sandwich wasn't right . Well we had eaten the fries because the sandwich was disgusting. It was mostly the lettuce on the sandwich. So we went to work withing an hour nothing else to eat was sick stomach hurting and tired.| 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 寒战
