On 5-19-2017 at 6pm I ate a spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack from chick fil a off west i240 service road in Oklahoma City and about 2 hours later I began vomiting and had diarrhea non stop, this has been going on for 4 hours as I am writing this. I just don't want anyone else to get sick from this location. I have. It had a chance to see a doctor yet I will be doing so as soon as possible. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
