Went to chilis April 9, 2018 got Explosion Quasidilla Chicken Salad. The dressing was tossed with salad. Couldnt really tell anything about the salad. It was not crunchy, couldnt see the lettuce. Have never experienced illness from salad at any other locations. Its been 7 days of illness since consuming the salad. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
