I had the Margarita grilled chicken fresh mex bowl around 8pm. At around 4:30am I woke up from my sleep because I felt nauseous and began vomiting. I vomited again at 7:30am.. and one more time at 10am. By then, I had nothing left to throw up. I started getting a fever around 4pm and my back began aching and my feet. I feel miserable | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
