I ordered a burrito on March 24th 2015 at the University Place Chipotle restaurant in New York. My bank statement will reflect that. Shortly thereafter, I fell seriously ill and was out of the office for two days, reporting to HR that I had food poisoning per diagnosis provided by Dr. Ricotta of Beth Israel Deaconness in Boston (he is my brother). I have records of these, as well. I spent 2 days in bed and vomited in excess 17 times to my recollection. I aimed to address this concern with the chipotle location and was offered a free burrito to make up for it. Obviously I didn't want a free burrito, I wouldn't eat there again. I gave up the fight but recently saw that someone's succeeded in getting this resolved. I wanted to get involved, to prevent this awful thing from happening again. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
