Ate steak burrito from chipotle on the evening of 02/09/16 and ate the burrito immediately after purchase at their outdoor seating area. Severe symptoms started to show 02/10/16 and ended up going to the hospital that evening for rehydration. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
