I went to the mall shopping. Then I decided to get chicpotle because I had a gift card so I stop and got a chicken rice bowl. After that I went home to eat my dinner. I ate half of it and I start feeling nausea and vomiting forcefully expelling the stomach's contents out of the mouth. I never felt like that before. | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
