Got a carne asada salad bowl on Halloween day for their boorito special. Since then been having severe diarrhea at least once an hour, nausea, vommitting. Had to go to urgent care for fluids. Still diarrhea is present at this point. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
