Got a carne asada salad bowl on Halloween day for their boorito special. Since then been having severe diarrhea at least once an hour, nausea, vommitting. Had to go to urgent care for fluids. Still diarrhea is present at this point.

午餐时我吃了一个带奶酪 sc 和 guac 的素食 fajita 碗。味道不错。但是那天晚上晚些时候我有可怕的胃痉挛，然后是腹泻。第二天我发烧了然后正在呕吐。即使是水，我也无法容纳任何东西。更糟糕的是腹部痉挛。我觉得自己无法动弹，痛苦太大了。我吃了 chipotle 的那天，我早餐吃了燕麦片，没有晚餐，因为吃了 chipotle 一个小时后我感觉很恐怖。
