On Feb 10th till present, their food. Had a chicken salad I got diarrhea a few hours after eating. I have been going diarrhea constantly and will be going to urgent care today.

Halloween Burrito Illness

Got a carne asada salad bowl on Halloween day for their boorito special. Since then been having severe diarrhea at least once an hour, nausea, vommitting. Had to go to urgent care for fluids. Still diarrhea is present at this point.
