I ate a veggie fajita bowl with cheese sc and guac for lunch. It tasted fine. But later that night I had horrible stomach cramps followed by diarrhea. The next day I had a fever and was throwing up. Even water, I could not hold anything in. The worse part was the abdominal cramps. I felt like I couldn’t move, the pain was too much. The day I ate chipotle , I had oatmeal for breakfast and no dinner because a hours after eating chipotle I felt horrible. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
