Chicken salad from Chipotle. I was the only one who ate there. I got sick a couple hours after eating. I started having heart burn and nausea. The vomiting probably started 5 hours after eating. I am still throwing up and diarrhea started a couple hours ago. I didn't sleep all night. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
