Chicken salad from Chipotle. I was the only one who ate there. I got sick a couple hours after eating. I started having heart burn and nausea. The vomiting probably started 5 hours after eating. I am still throwing up and diarrhea started a couple hours ago. I didn't sleep all night.

I started vomiting soon after I finished eating my food. I had to go to the bathroom to throw up because I couldn’t make it home. Happened today July 6th 2018.

Brown rice, black bean, chicken, mild salsa, cheese, lettuce. Vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramping that started 10-12 hours after eating.

Burrito with black beans, brown rice, sofritas, mild salsa, and cheese. 6 hours later vomited and diarrhea. In diarrhea, could still see individual ingredients: corn, beans etc
