We bought prepared shrimp on 1/23. I ate the shrimp on 1/27, my husband didn't. The time of onset (2 hours) followed by acute nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea through the night are consistent with staphylococcus aureus food poisoning. We transported the shrimp in an insulated bag for about an hour (to Kaanapali), which may have given the bacteria time to grow. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
