I ate the Del Taco Bacon Chicken Ranch taco for dinner. It was delicious, but by the time I got home I threw up everything, and I had horrible stomach cramps. I was also super nauseous. I will never, ever eat at del taco again!! | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
