I ate a salad with balsamic vinegarette followed by a pear and 4 cheese pasta in creamy sauce. 2 hrs later I started vomitting. Then it was vomitting and diarrhea for a further 5 and a half hours before I was brought to the emergency room. I was given fluids and anti nausea medication and monitored for a few hours.
