Stayed from May 14th for my nephew's wedding. Started sh**ting blood and left resort two nigths/3 days early. I signed a document stating that i was leaving early due to medical emergency, and I have time stamped photos of all documents and photos of the severity of the blood loss. How do I contact the CDC to figure out what my family was exposed to and what i got sick from? | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
