Ate at the location. Food settled, and have symptoms of food poisoning . Only thing ate different than everyone else was fish sandwich. Very bad stomach cramps, vomiting with a fish taste | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐, 抽筋

Sounds like Clostridium. Time/Temperature abuse. You should be fine by now.
