Had lunch there around 2 pm on April 10, 2026 with three others. Had a black bean burger with fries and was the only person who was poisoned. Experienced severe vomiting and diarrhea with chills and stomach pain starting 6 hours later and lasting for 24 hours.| 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 抽筋, 寒战
