I ate lunch on Monday 10/14 around 12:30pm. I ordered an Impossible burger with a side of macaroni and cheese, and this was the only meal I had consumed that day. Within 4 hours, I had a fever and was vomiting violently. These symptoms lasted for over 24 hours. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
