We ordered pepperoni hot n ready from Little Ceasars in Edmonton, Alberta Canada at the Millwoods location and a few hours after eating 2 slices my blood pressure dropped and I was violently sick. Now my 10 year old son is very sick as well. My son who didn't eat any is fine.
