食品安全报告-McDonald's，Emporia Kansas

I arrived at mcdonalds drive through (emporia turnpike) around 9pm last night. I had ordered a small shamrock shake.
When I got to the window, I waited for about 3 minutes then a young blonde haired girl came to the window and handed me the shake. She said "here just take it" and she didn't charge me for it.
I'm not sure why. I woke up the next morning at 6am running to the bathroom. My body didn't digest a milkshake from the night before so I've been throwing it up all morning. Also explosive diarrhea. I will never go back to this dirty McDonald's. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
