I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, fries and pop. I felt ok but after a few hours I noticed my stomach was feeling weird. Later that night, I vomited the fries and a couple of hours later the diarrhea and nausea started and I’ve been experiencing it into the next day. A friend told me that McDonald’s was in the news for a food poisoning outbreak and when I read about it, I had all the symptoms. I only had McDonald’s that day so I knew it was from Mcdinalds.
