I have to say I was excited that the McRib is back at McDonalds locations. It always seems to resurface around mid-to late November. I actually purchased a McRib value meal. For the second year in a row- it gave me horrible, foul smelling diarrhea. I have been ill like this only three times. Once was many years ago after purchasing some pork from a local grocery store. The second was two years ago when I purchased a McRib sandwich. I swore I would not ever order one again. Well, two years later, I did in fact order a McRib combo and the sickness was identical. I am certain that the pork products in a McRib are truly Grade F meat and only God knows what kind of gamble you are taking eating it. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
