My spouse and I both had food poisoning after eating at McDonald’s. I had a crispy chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. My spouse had a cheeseburger and sweet potato fries. A case of vomiting and diarrhea after this meal. | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
