I went to the McDonald’s drive thru on Friday morning around 2:30 AM. I ordered 2 mango smoothies, 2 mcchickens, and 1 fry. I consumed all the items except 1 mcchicken and fries. My girlfriend had one of the smoothies and we have ate the same food other than the fries and mcchickens in the past 48 hours. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
