lastnight i got mcdonalds it was pretty late barely any employees, i got fries mcchicken & cheese burger fries was good but burgers was not making me feel right after eating i went to sleep at 1 something woke up at 8am throwing up severe cramps that i just couldnt handle bathroom runs also severe what could i possibly do | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
