I ate at your establishment yesterday around 1pm. I ordered a homewrecker with seasoned rice, black beans, pico digio, and cheese. At around 4 pm I began to become violently ill I was vomiting and having diarrhea so horribly my family was trying to take me to the hospital. It’s 10:50 am the next day and I’m still sick and my friend I went to eat with I found out is also sick. Please look into this matter because I know the children in the family who ordered before me also ordered the same ingridents and I’m concerned for there safety. When the eastablishment opens today I will also be calling then to report this incident to the manager on duty. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
