I ate from panera bread on 9/30/2016 @ approximate 330pm. Started with diarrhea at 530 am on 10/1/16 followed by vomiting, fever constantly for 7 hrs which time went to urgent care blood pressure had dropped to 80/60, bun 32. Which time they started me on IV fluids. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
