I got a frontega chicken sandwich and a spicy Thai with chicken around 3pm and started having stomach cramps and nausea then at 4:50 vomited and had diarrhea at the same time.. I am now cleaning my bathroom from the mess it has caused | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
