Went red lobster may 2 at the red lobster on Roosevelt blvd Phila pa with my mother and son for the endless shrimp meal. Sunday may 3 I began projectile vomiting and sweating around 6p, stomach cramping and nausea. No food since red located. May 4 my mother and I begins diahrea headaches and feeling fatigued. May5. Mom is hospitalized for potential food borne virus uncontrollable incontinece and vomiting. I go the hospital may 8 with gastrointestinal discomfort and flu like symptoms. Since then my mother and I have been continuing to experience servere stomach cramping, nausea, vomiting and headaches with no relief. My mom is 75 and in a lot of discomfort.
