Ate at the hotel restaurant on June 24, 2019. Ordered the “Chicken Breast” meal which was served with mushrooms. Later that night vomited up mushrooms. This was followed by explosive diarrhea almost every hour for the next 48 hours. Went to a clinic in Porto to receive fluids and blood test. They confirmed food poisoning and gave antibiotics. I am now on day 4 and diarrhea is slowing down and my appetite and energy is improving. If I hadn’t vomited the mushrooms it could have been worse / possibly fatal. This is the worst food poisoning I’ve ever experienced by several degrees.At the meal in question I recall overhearing an American family of 3 (mom + girl and boy) order 2 risotto dishes. The risotto was a mushroom risotto. I’m curious and concerned for this family. | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
