Only meal I ate that day so I’m sure it was the sandwich. Had a chicken bacon ranch sandwich at 3pm, was sick starting at 3am, have had severe symptoms for 30 hours now.Sandwich was made in front of me, place was clean, but I wonder about ingredient temps.
