食品安全报告：Subway。

Ordered a ham/cheese with salad and mayo on the Friday, I ate it as soon as I got home which was 20 mins and my 2 year had some bites, I was suffering from stomach cramps all night and then the following afternoon I had the runs and then sickness, I was none stop till bed time, my daughter throw up the same day while playing with teddies (which they were covered). I have constantly been sick all the way through to today which is Wednesday, I have seen the doctor today which he confirmed it was food poisoning. I am upset about the whole situation as I WAS a big fan of subway but now this has happened to me and my little girl in a disappointed customer. Regards Sarah | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
