Went to this Taco Bell after an appointment. Hadn’t had any breakfast. Ordered 2 bean burritos with no cheese. That night wasn’t able to eat dinner because I felt some abdominal discomfort. Woke up at 1:00 am with violent vomiting and diarrhea. The entire next day I was fevered, sick, and bed ridden. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
