Ordered the 3-supreme taco meal. Upon receiving my order I noticed the lettuce looked shriveled and slight discoloration. I picked 1-2 pieces out of the tacos. This was around 1300 on Saturday April 4th. When I woke up on Easter Sunday, I was having bad cramps. Ended up vomiting and having diarrhea for the following 6 hours. After a visit to urgent care, the nausea medication helped ease the symptoms. | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战
