Ordered the 3-supreme taco meal. Upon receiving my order I noticed the lettuce looked shriveled and slight discoloration. I picked 1-2 pieces out of the tacos. This was around 1300 on Saturday April 4th. When I woke up on Easter Sunday, I was having bad cramps. Ended…
