Ordered the 3-supreme taco meal. Upon receiving my order I noticed the lettuce looked shriveled and slight discoloration. I picked 1-2 pieces out of the tacos. This was around 1300 on Saturday April 4th. When I woke up on Easter Sunday, I was having bad cramps. Ended…

Today, Not sure Me and my wife had symptoms show up at the same time around 7 hours after we age and tried to sleep. We both have headache, nausea, and vomiting.
