Ate Doritos taco and naked chicken chalupa at 12:30am late last night. Woke up at 7am feeling queasy, but went back to sleep. Woke up at 9 knowing I was going to puke if I stood up, so I laid in bed until 11:00am. As soon as I got up, I ran to the bathroom and puked up ground beef and red fluid, likely from the doritos shell. I felt better but needed to poop as well. I have been basically pooping water for half an hour now. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
