I went to the Taco Bell and order two 5 dollar boxes crunchy with the cinna delights then I went back home to eat cause I order it to go. So my fiancé was eating but she didn't finish all of hers but I did it wasn't until later that she stated that she didn't finish her food because when she bit into the chalupa that she got a mouth full of nasty tasting sour cream so she bit it twice and still the same taste so she stop eating and threw hers away. But I finish mines and I am surly paying for it now I would say about 4 hours later my stomach starts to bubble and hurt then diarrhea and I have been hurting and using the bathroom every since. Still in pain and having diarrhea and now a fever if not better in the am I am going to the hospital. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
