I ordered the nacho supreme and a cheese a rito. Early in the morning I got diarrhea and vomited everything I ate. Today is day 2 after getting sick and still have diarrhea. I haven’t ate because nothing stays down. Still weak and feel lethargic. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 弱点
