At apx 5pm PST on 12/28/18 I ate 1 shredded chicken mini quesadilla and 1 ground beef mini quesadilla from Taco Bell. No other food was consumed that evening. And just a protein shake at home the morning earlier. Early Saturday morning while asleep (12/29 @ apx 3am) I began feeling very nauseous. Shortly after I began vomiting. I couldn’t vomiting many times over through the morning until about 10am the next morning. Felt feverish (unconfirmed) and had severe body aches and fatigue. The nausea persisted for the next few days and I had little appetite until about day 4. Mind I haven’t vomited for 6+ years prior to this. I have a strong stomach. I ruled out the flu because I had no other symptoms besides the nausea/vomiting and body aches (which lasted a half day or so). | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
