January 9, 2018 at 11:30am, we both shared a fried Shrimp dinner and ordered an extra coleslaw. About 4 hours later stomach started hurting and by 5:00pm same day we both started with horrific vomiting. Went on for a few hours and left with sore muscles and very lethargic and sour stomach. | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
