My boyfriend has been violently ill from both ends all night and he had nut butter from trader joe's and/ or possibly their cheese... i think it was the nut butter because i had the cheese too and i'm fine. ate it for dinner. Then by midnight it was horrendous constant diarrehea and gut churning and pain, for hours, accompanied by an abnormally low body temperature, then more diarrehea then vomiting, and high fever, and then both, with his body temperature oscillating, it continued all night long. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
